Not sure if anyone checks anymore, but YES we are home. Max took to the plane well, the dogs well, his new home well, his bedroom well, and he HATES daycare. We had a great welcome home party, max had too much beer, and has been running a 104 degree temp this week. We're hoping for warm weather soon because he doesn't like mittens, and has not taken to the snow. This from the kid who was constantly outside in Guatemala. He has played with his Guate friend Mason, been to the Chicago Children's Museum, and has fallen in love with his car seat.We are all tired due to adjustments, and there are times all of us want our old living arrangements, but life is good. Did I mention that Max realized tv isn't actually a laptop? We miss our friends, and keep hoping Ana Maria is doing well without her gordo lindo.
If you still check the site let us know and we will be better about keeping up to date. We miss the old life, but this is where we belong.
Hope all are healthy, happy, and have a little money left to survive on thanks to this awful economy.

Jenn I am so glad to see your post, I was checking everyday to read something. I'm happy to see everyone is adjusting. It does take time... and you guys where there for a while. Zack doesn't like the cold either LOL
But most of ALL I am so happy you guys are all home safe and sound!!!!

So glad for the update that Max is home where he belongs! What a journey you have been on…Max is a lucky guy to have found such great parents. Don’t know much about the rest of Faithful family’s, but I hope they are all home! Enjoy every minute they grow up so fast!

Yeah! I have been checking your blog for this post. The pictures and update are so fun. I have been in Antigua for a month with the family, so we saw the whole Santa Rosa crowd. It is very quiet there without Max :) Ana Maria and I were wondering about the day care thing - sorry that he does not like going, but maybe with more time, he will adjust. Thanks for taking the time to post.
